A transport enquiry is a sequence of decisions, not just a date and a destination. Different customers need different services, and the right vehicle depends on the journey. I used that sequence to organise the site.
THE DIRECTION
Service pages establish the type of trip, fleet displays help visitors explore the options, and the estimator introduces an indicative cost before the reservation details.
THE DECISION THAT MATTERED
I tailored the reservation flow around routes, timing and passenger requirements, with a summary to review before submitting. Giving those details an order makes the interface more than a collection of booking fields.
WHAT THE DESIGN MAKES POSSIBLE
Customers can explore the offering and assemble the information behind their request in the same experience. The design carries them from a broad transport need towards a specific conversation about a trip.
