START WITH WHAT YOU NEED YOUR DEVICE TO DO NEXT.
Distinct journeys for trading in a device, arranging a repair and following up afterwards.
EXPLORE THE WEBSITE ↗THE QUESTION BEHIND THE BRIEF
Someone selling a phone is thinking about value. Someone repairing one is thinking about getting it working again. I treated these as different starting points, rather than making both audiences navigate one general service journey.

THE DIRECTION
The trade-in path leads with device choices and valuation before asking for an appointment. Repair information and support sit alongside it within the same visual system, with their own purpose and sequence.
THE DECISION THAT MATTERED
I built the iPhone estimator around model, storage and condition, and gave repair support a reference-based tracking interface and a dedicated warranty page. The structure considers the questions that come after the first enquiry as well as before it.
WHAT THE DESIGN MAKES POSSIBLE
The website gives each service a recognisable path and a place for follow-up information. It shows the kind of detail I enjoy working through: which question belongs at which point in the journey?
