A moving enquiry can contain a lot of uncertainty: how much there is to move, which service applies and what preparation is needed. I wanted the website to help someone make sense of their move before contacting the team.
THE DIRECTION
I connected service categories, an initial estimator and planning resources. Each has a different role: identify the move, establish a starting reference and explain what to prepare next.
THE DECISION THAT MATTERED
I made item photos part of the enquiry logic through WhatsApp messaging. A customer may find it easier to show a bulky item than to describe it precisely. That detail connects the website to how a moving conversation can actually work.
WHAT THE DESIGN MAKES POSSIBLE
The website supports preparation as well as promotion. It gives customers several ways to make their request more concrete, while leaving the final discussion of the move with the business.
